How about someone post what help is needed at the track and how many more bodies are needed at the track .

Then we recruite some people to help . There has to be some race fans out there that would love to help . Just to be apart of the racing scene .

Also , are we as drivers doing something wrong to hold the show up . If we are then let us know what we need to do to fix the problem .

Lets move this awesome track forward and have some fun racing !!

One way that everyone could hel would be to make sure that their trash is thrown away and at the end of the evening someone could empty the trash cans into the large trash bins for Collectia to pickup. If everyone took a turn at collecting the trash for pickup after racing on Saturday night that would be a great help and time saver when it comes to mowing.
Also if someone would come up with something to block the road that goes behind the track that would help with people sneaking into the races. It only needs to blocked when we are racing as Gary uses that road before the races start. Let me know if I can explain this better.
Another thing that would be a big help would be to make sure that everyone in the pits has a wristband. Our insurance requires that we only allow those with wristbands into the pit rea.
We also have equipment (lawnmowers etc) that are always in need of repair. If you have any skill in this area that would be a great asset.
We have a great group of race track workers and are usually covered for race night but there is always something to do Saturday morning or afternoon - so if you have any extra time come on out. Trimming along the fences could be done any time.
We always need a trophy girl so encourage any young girls to take their turn.

Thank you Tammy for posting what you guys need help with. I personally will try and make a trip out there Saturday morning/early afternoon to see if I could be of any assistance. (Providing of course that someone will be there to tell me what to do)

Shena you may want to wait until early afternoon this Saturday as Dave may have to work in the morning at his real job! He usually gets there in the afternoon right after lunch.
